Which position are you interested in applying for?

Equipment Operator

We are looking for candidates who have at least 1-2 years of experience working on construction sites as a Heavy Equipment Operators. Experience driving or controlling construction equipment including bulldozer, forklifts, backhoes, dump trucks, cargo trucks and excavators is a plus.

Skilled Concrete Laborer

We’re looking for an experienced concrete and construction laborer to fill a long-term position assisting in the construction of concrete floating breakwaters and docks. This position is physically demanding and requires three years of experience in the concrete/construction industry. Advancement is guaranteed within three to six months if potential is demonstrated.

Mechanic

CDCI is looking for a mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment. This is a full-time, position offering competitive wages and great benefits.
